International name : Lactarius helvus
This rare mushroom is very frangrant and should be used with moderation. It is used as a spice in dessert. It is also used by beer brewer to give a mapple flavor to the beverage.
Instructions : Soak for at least 30 minutes in lukewarm water and rinse (time may vary according to the species). Cook like fresh mushrooms. Filter water and use as broth.
