Shipping fees

Most online or phone orders are subject to our standard shipping fees:
Canada: $20 + tax
United-States: $30
International: $50
Please note that:

• some products are only available in-store
• some over sized products are subject to additional shipping fees. To get an estimate, please send us an email with the shipping address and the items you wish to order. The delivery costs will be established according to the destination, the quantity and the weight of the products ordered
• Due to new FDA regulations, we are temporarily unable to ship edible product or houseware items used for food preparation to the United States. We are working to resolve this situation.

We ship with Canada Post, Purolator or UPS and if for any reason we need to change carriers, you will be notified. Delivery will be made within 7 business days in most cities of Canada following receipt of the order. Shipping delay for international orders can take 4 to 6 weeks (except express delivery). We are not responsible for any delays in delivery that would be due to the carrier.

If we cannot make the delivery within the expected time, we will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your order. If the new deadlines do not meet your expectations, you will always be able to cancel your order by contacting Mycoboutique. 

If you are from outside Canada, please note that customs clearance and other fees may be applicable.
