  • 200g of chanterelles
  • Pre-cooked tart crusts
  • 1 shallot
  • Parsley
  • 100ml cream
  • 10g of butter
  • 4 small wheels of goat's cheese
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • Salt, pepper

Preparation

Clean the chanterelles, preferably with a brush or paper towel; cook them in a frying pan with a bit of olive oil until lightly browned, around 10 min;
