Truffle Porcini Popcorn

Ingredients

110g (½ cup) popcorn kernels, unpopped

60g (¼ cup) salted butter

3 tsp truffle oil

1 Tbsp porcini powder

25g (2/3 cup) nutritional yeast flakes

½ tsp sugar

1 to 2 pinches of cayenne powder

salt to taste 

Preparation

Pop the popcorn using your preferred method.

Melt the butter along with the porcini powder and cayenne until it starts to bubble. Turn off the heat and mix in the truffle oil.

In a large bowl, evenly drizzle the butter mixture into the popcorn and mix well.

Stir in the sugar, salt, and nutritional yeast until everything is evenly coated.

Serve and enjoy your mushroom popcorn!
