This mix is considered to be a rich medium for mycelium growth. It can fill up to 70 petri dishes.
MYPA mix: Agar; Malt Extract; Dextrose; Yeast Extract; Peptone
Directions for 20 petri: suspend 27g in 500ml of purified water. Mix thoroughly, heat gently with frequent agitation. Sterilize 20 min. at 121°C (15 psi). Mix and dispense in 1 sleeve of 20 petri dishes each.
