This mushroom is a hardwood lover. It can be grown outside on logs and stumps or inside in bags or jars over wood chips or wood sawdust. The growing bags can also be placed outside.
It's a delicious mushroom with almond taste. It becomes crispy when sauté and silky in a soup or preserved.
