These plastic Mason jar lids are heat resistant and can be used in a pressure cooker. These lids feature self-healing syringe injection ports and two 0.2 microns filters for air exchange.
Each lid comes with a reusable silicon gasket ring for an airtight seal. This type of lid must be left a 1/4 turn open when pressure cooking, and fully tightened when cooled.
This 86 mm lid is compatible only with Ball or Mason jars.
