Participants:
Minimum of ten participants who enjoy the outdoors and hiking, are interested in foraging and selling wild mushrooms, or wish to explore mycotourism.
Note: A basic understanding of French is recommended to fully benefit from the workshop.

Optional Third Day – Mycological Excursion
On this optional third day, participants will join a guided mycological excursion in a natural setting. Accompanied by an experienced guide, you'll apply the knowledge gained during the first two days to identify wild mushrooms in their natural habitat. The excursion will focus on:

Understanding mushroom ecology and preferred habitats

Practicing safe and sustainable foraging techniques
Participants are encouraged to bring appropriate gear such as hiking boots, a basket, and a knife for mushroom collection. This immersive experience offers a hands-on opportunity to deepen your skills and gain confidence in the field.
Certificate: A certificate will be awarded upon successful completion of the course and exam. To pass, participants must correctly answer all toxicity-related questions (100%).
