This is the first model of mushroom knife made by the Maserin company with classic and functional line.
Equipped with an ergonomic handle in Olive tree, a precious wood, and with a real bristle brush. The curved blade allows the cutting of mushrooms in a simple and effective way.
The knife size is 14 cm folded, with a 7.3 cm blade (420 Stainless steel)
