Maitake Pesto

    • 200 g fresh maitake
    • 2 garlic cloves
    • 50g fresh parsley
    • Salt and pepper


Grind the fresh maïtake in a mixer.

Simmer the mix at a low heat for 10 min

Add garlic, parsley (thinly chopped), salt and pepper.

Tasty on pasta, crackers or roast meat.
