- Pie dough of your choice
- 1 cup morels, cleaned well and chopped into pieces
- 1 cup 35% cream
- 2 big eggs
- ¾ cup gruyere, grated
- ½ tsp basil
- Salt and pepper
Line a 9-inch plate with pastry.
Bake at 450 ° F for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
