Pasta with chanterelles and roquefort

- 250 g pasta
- ¾ cup roquefort
- 1 cup chanterelles
- 3 tsp. Sunflower oil
- ½ cup cooking cream
- Salt and pepper
Clean the chanterelles. Put them in a dry frying pan, add oil and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
Add the cream.
Cook pasta in boiling water and drain.
Cut roquefort into small cubes.
Place the pasta in a serving bowl and add the chanterelles in cream.
Add the diced Roquefort.
As a garnish, add a few basil leaves.
You can substitute chanterelles with morels.
