    1 camembert
    Dried, finely powdered porcini from a blender

      Cut the cheese in 2 horizontally.
      Using a sieve, sprinkle the 2 parts of the cheese with powdered mushrooms.
      Coat the outside of the cheese well with the mushroom powder.
      Wrap the cheese in a sheet of parchment paper.
      Bake in a 350 degree oven to slightly melt the cheese which should not run when cut.

      Note: It is recommended to prepare the cheese at least 24 hours in advance to fully impregnate it with the flavor of the mushrooms.

      You can also replace the Camembert with a Pied de Vent.
